Charges – calculation based on postcode

Zone 1 - £35 per 1st item and £6 per any additional door/frame/box of ironmongery

Zone 2 - £45 per 1st item and £6 per any additional door/frame/box of ironmongery

Zone 3 - £50 per 1st item and £6 per any additional door/frame/box of ironmongery

2-man delivery service – £30 additional to standard charges

Orders containing ironmongery only are charged £12 to any Zone

How does it work – deliveries explained
All products are sent to our distribution centre, where they are photographed, checked and prepared for delivery. Customers will then be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery time. You will be given an am 8-1 or pm 1-6 time slot for delivery. On the day of delivery if you request, the driver will call 1 hour before to confirm his arrival.
Standard delivery will require that you provide an additional person to help carry large or heavy goods into the house, therefore we suggest using our 2 man delivery service with any external or bespoke internal doors.
Upon delivery, goods will be carried into the designated area, but only as far as the ground floor.
Goods need to be checked carefully upon arrival and any faults, damages or errors must be noted clearly on the delivery note. Please do not sign the delivery note until you inspect the goods thoroughly.
Orders containing ironmongery only will be sent by courier, usually the next day.
