44mm Mortice & Tenon Single External Oak door with Dowelled Side Panel. Supplied unfinished with a matching oak weather bar. Double glazed with obscured toughened glass. Both, the Doors and the Side Panels are guaranteed for 10 years and FSC certified.
Including 44m thick Oak effect sidelight frame kit and 6metres of weather strip (rubber gasket), supplied as a self assembley kit which must be cut to size. This is supplied in loose lengths and is not a prehung set.
Option 1:
External Frame size = 2103mm wide x 2067mm high
Door size = 44mm x 762mm x 1981mm
Side Light size = 44mm x 584mm x 2032mm (this will need to be reduced in height)
Option 2:
External Frame size = 2154mm wide x 2118mm high
Door size = 44mm x 813mm x 2032mm
Side Light size = 44mm x 584mm x 2032mm
Option 3:
External Frame size = 2179mm wide x 2067mm high
Door size = 44mm x 838mm x 1981mm
Side Light size = 44mm x 584mm x 2032mm (this will need to be reduced in height)
The actual width of the door set can be reduced - each side panel can be trimmed by up to 60mm on either side (120mm in total per panel) and the door can be reduced by up to 10mm on either side (20mm in total)
