Payment Information

Payment methods – We accept all major credit and debit cards for online payment. For alternative forms of payment (paying cash in bank, bank transfers etc) please contact our customer service department.

How does it work (payment processing explained) - All orders placed online require credit or debit card payment and are processed through SagePay for security checks. At the point of placing the order, only the card details (not funds) are being taken for security checks against fraudulent transactions, which may take up to 48 hours. We take online security very seriously and reserve the right to cancel any order which does not pass our stringent security checks. While this takes place, your order will be checked by our staff for stock availability and product specification. Only after your card details have successfully passed all security checks, funds will be deposited into our account. Once the funds appear in our account your order will be processed immediately.

Refunds – Refunds are processed through the same payment system used to place the order. Please read Terms and Conditions for more information about our refund policy.
