Delivery charges
Doors and joinery items (excluding ironmongery and metal doors) - £45 for 1st item in your order and £6 for any additional item, up to a maximum of £99.
Charges for delivery of door sets such as room dividers, folding sets or front door sets with side panels are calculated based on a number of standalone components included in the set (doors, panels, frame sets etc.) up to a maximum of 4 items, costing up to a maximum of £68.
Ironmongery – Flat £12 charge for any number of ironmongery products in the order.
Metal Doors - Flat £90 charge for any number of doors/sidelights/toplights in the order.
How does it work – Deliveries explained
Doors and joinery items – Your order is despatched within 1 working day (subject to stock availability). The delivery is conducted by a specialist nationwide carrier of heavy goods, who will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. The total time from order to delivery should not exceed 4-6 working days.
Please note: Goods need to be checked carefully upon arrival and any faults, damages or errors must be noted clearly on the delivery note and reported to us immediately. Please do not sign the delivery note until you inspect the goods thoroughly.
Ironmongery – these items are always sent separately to doors and joinery using FedEx’s Next Day Parcel Delivery service and should arrive in maximum 2 working days from order. Parcel deliveries are not pre-arranged in advance. If there is no one at the address to receive the parcel, a calling card will be left to arrange the delivery for another day.

Modena Oak Glazed External Side Panel Door Set
External Modena Glazed door set with one side panel supplied in unfinished Oak (engineered construction with solid timber core and Oak veneer). Popular Modena Glazed front door model with horizontal panelling and a vertical glass panel. Both the door and the side panel are double glazed with obscured toughened glass units. Door set is supplied for self assembly on site (pre-hanging not available) - trimming may be required. Covered by a conditional 10 years guarantee - subject to correct installation and finishing. FSC certified.
This is a complete door set (excluding ironmongery) and includes:
- 44mm thick Modena Glazed Oak veneered exterior door, includes double glazed obscured glass panels (toughened glass)
- 68mm thick Oak effect frame kit, for self assembly on site
- 1no Oak veneered sidelight glazed with obscured toughened glass (double glazing) - can be used on either side of the door
- 6 metres of weather seal (rubber gasket) for the sides and the top of the door
- 2no Oak effect weather bars (to deflect water away from the bottom edge of the door), for the side panel and the door
Optional large finishing kit(for use on external oak doors only) - includes 2x 250ml of End Grain Sealer (2 coats required on door edges and cut outs for ironmongery), 2x 500ml of Oak Base Coat (2 coats required), 2x 1000ml of Oak Top Coat (2 coats required)

External Frame size = 1474mm wide x 2067mm high
Door size = 44mm x 762mm x 1981mm
Side Light size = 44mm x 584mm x 1981mm
Trimming tolerance:
The actual width of the door set can be reduced - each side panel can be trimmed by up to 60mm on either side (120mm in total per panel), the height can be reduced by 12mm off top and bottom (24mm in total). The door can be reduced by up to 12mm on either side (24mm in width and 24mm in height)
Finishing requirements:
All timber surfaces including edges and cut outs, must be given a minimum of 3 coats of high performance (high-build) tinted wood stain or good quality external paint. The product must be suitable for use on veneered/engineered doors and used according to its own instructions (appropriate base products/drying times/number of coats applied). It is important to fully apply treatment before installation and at least 1 coat must be applied immediately upon unpacking. Complete handling/finishing/installation and maintenance instructions are attached to every door, and can also be downloaded here.
