GRP Composite Doors

New range of GRP composite external doors that can be retro-fitted into existing timber frames or supplied with unfinished hardwood frames for painting. The range complies with current Part L requirements, with u-values between 1.7-1.8 wm2/k. These doors have a high density foam core, wide wooden stiles and GRP facing with wood grain printed. GRP (or Glass Reinforced Plastic) is a durable composite material made of plastic reinforced with glass fibres - this is much stronger and less flexible than PVC. The doors require no maintenance and are available in standard imperial sizes and 6 different colours across several traditional and contemporary models. They can also be painted to any other colour during the lifetime of the product and have 10 years manufacturing guarantee. Additionally there is a decent trimming tolerance available (60mm height, 40mm width).
