Delivery charges
Doors and joinery items (excluding ironmongery and metal doors) - £45 for 1st item in your order and £6 for any additional item, up to a maximum of £99.
Charges for delivery of door sets such as room dividers, folding sets or front door sets with side panels are calculated based on a number of standalone components included in the set (doors, panels, frame sets etc.) up to a maximum of 4 items, costing up to a maximum of £68.
Ironmongery – Flat £12 charge for any number of ironmongery products in the order.
Metal Doors - Flat £90 charge for any number of doors/sidelights/toplights in the order.
How does it work – Deliveries explained
Doors and joinery items – Your order is despatched within 1 working day (subject to stock availability). The delivery is conducted by a specialist nationwide carrier of heavy goods, who will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. The total time from order to delivery should not exceed 4-6 working days.
Please note: Goods need to be checked carefully upon arrival and any faults, damages or errors must be noted clearly on the delivery note and reported to us immediately. Please do not sign the delivery note until you inspect the goods thoroughly.
Ironmongery – these items are always sent separately to doors and joinery using FedEx’s Next Day Parcel Delivery service and should arrive in maximum 2 working days from order. Parcel deliveries are not pre-arranged in advance. If there is no one at the address to receive the parcel, a calling card will be left to arrange the delivery for another day.

Kent Blackline Steel Front Door
Contemporary flush metal entrance door set with black door hardware, built and delivered in 3-4 weeks from order.
Insulated and Part L compliant - U-value 1.1 W/m2K. CE marked.
Door set specification:
- Door frame - 70x50mm aluminium frame with thermal insulation. Includes 64mm wide low aluminium threshold with thermal break.
- Door leaf - 68mm thick steel door. Construction - XPS foam insulation fully wrapped in steel sheets with Renolit exterior film surface (see pictures for available colours). Timber block reinforcements used for hinges and locks.
- Door hardware - 1no 3-bolt sashlock with double cylinder (bottom lock), 1no 3-bolt deadlock with cylinder and turn (top lock), 3no adjustable 2D hinges with protection against pin removal, 3no security bolts in the frame, lever handle inside, lever or pull handle outside - all in black finish, optional security escutcheons available. Each lock is supplied with 3 keys.
- Colours available - Metallic Dark Grey (DB703), White (textured), Medium Oak, Walnut.
- Fixings - door set is supplied with a set of fixing brackets.
Additional options available:
- Installation Kit - Additional complete door installation kit is available and recommended - includes fixing brackets, packers, wedges, screws, installation foam (x2), silicone and acrylic sealants.
- Security escutcheons (black) covering cylinders from outside to prevent tampering with cylinders (anti-burglary).
