Dear Customers,
In the current situation and following government advice, we have closed the showroom until further notice. Our Online business remains fully operational allowing you to order our doors online or via our sales team for direct delivery to site or home. We’d like to reassure you that we are following all necessary guidelines laid out by the Government, as well as taking guidance from other relevant authorities, to ensure the safety of our customers and colleagues at this difficult time. We've put additional hygiene measures in place, and have ensured those showing symptoms, or living with people with symptoms, remain at home. We are also implementing some simple social distancing measures and we ask that you respect the boundaries in place.
Deliveries - As usual, deliveries are made to kerb side only. Drivers will wear gloves and avoid any contact. You will not need to sign any paperwork. Drivers will verify the delivery and you will have 24-48 hours to report any discrepancies. The vast majority of our doors remain in stock and are available on our usual 3-6 working day delivery.
Office - Our sales and customer service teams remain fully operational during usual business hours Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:30pm. We'll continue to support you, our valued customers, and your projects for as long as we are able to, but it’s very much business as usual until then. We are closely monitoring these fast-moving events and will keep you fully informed every step of the way.
For those of you that are vulnerable or are in self quarantine please inform our transport team when they contact you to arrange the delivery. Additional safety measures will be provided.

We don't currently experience any delays in home delivery service. Majority of standard doors are in stock and ready for immediate dispatch (delivery 3-6 working days from order). The showroom remains open on appointment basis only and our sales and customer service teams are available to contact by phone or email Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm.

All services - sales, deliveries and customer service are operating as normal. Additionally certain products will not be available for delivery to remote Scottish locations. Postcodes affected: IV4, IV6, IV17-IV28, IV40-IV56, IV63, KW1-KW17, PA20-PA38, PA41-PA49, PA60-PA78, PA80, PH39-PH44. If you live in any of these postcode areas, please call first before ordering.
