Delivery charges
Doors and joinery items (excluding ironmongery and metal doors) - £45 for 1st item in your order and £6 for any additional item, up to a maximum of £99.
Charges for delivery of door sets such as room dividers, folding sets or front door sets with side panels are calculated based on a number of standalone components included in the set (doors, panels, frame sets etc.) up to a maximum of 4 items, costing up to a maximum of £68.
Ironmongery – Flat £12 charge for any number of ironmongery products in the order.
Metal Doors - Flat £90 charge for any number of doors/sidelights/toplights in the order.
How does it work – Deliveries explained
Doors and joinery items – Your order is despatched within 1 working day (subject to stock availability). The delivery is conducted by a specialist nationwide carrier of heavy goods, who will contact you in advance to arrange a suitable delivery date. The total time from order to delivery should not exceed 4-6 working days.
Please note: Goods need to be checked carefully upon arrival and any faults, damages or errors must be noted clearly on the delivery note and reported to us immediately. Please do not sign the delivery note until you inspect the goods thoroughly.
Ironmongery – these items are always sent separately to doors and joinery using FedEx’s Next Day Parcel Delivery service and should arrive in maximum 2 working days from order. Parcel deliveries are not pre-arranged in advance. If there is no one at the address to receive the parcel, a calling card will be left to arrange the delivery for another day.

Turin Oak Pre-Hung External Door Set
Fully factory finished and pre-hung external oak door set including:
- 44mm thick, engineered Turin Oak External Door with insulated core (energy efficient), pre-hung into:
- complete external oak door frame including door cill, Stormguard threshold system with aluminium weather bar, security hinges and weather seal
- 5 way multipoint locking system for extra security with a pair of lever handles on a long plate
All timber components are fully finished in a medium oak stain (similar to natural oak colour). All door hardware/ironmongery is supplied in polished chrome (polished brass available upon request). Turin Oak External Door is glazed with three panels of obscured toughened glass (double glazing).
Door sets have been tested and CE marked for quality (compliance to BS EN 14351-1:2006). They are also FSC certified and supplied with 10 years manufacturing guarantee. Turin Oak Pre-Hung External Door Set meets the current requirements of Part L document of Building Regulations with indicative u-value of 1.7W/m2.
All door sets are pre-hung individually to order and delivered in approx 6 weeks. Please note that some of the ironmongery will be removed and packaged separately to avoid any damage during transport.
